I’m Jemaydi Mateo, a personal trainer in Charlotte, NC (Trifecta Athletics). I started Maydi Strength to help people train hard without burning out. Real life means work, family, and stress — when fitness says “go all in,” most people end up “giving up.” We do it differently.

Where do sessions take place? +

In-person training is at Trifecta Athletics in Charlotte, NC. Online coaching is available worldwide with full video support and programming through our app.

How long until I see results? +

Most clients see noticeable strength gains within 4-6 weeks and visible physique changes within 8-12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition adherence.

I'm juggling work and kids. Do I really have time for this? +

Yes. Our 3-day program is 45-60 minutes per session, less than 3 hours a week total. Most parents train during lunch, early morning, or after bedtime. You don't need hours at the gym - you need efficient workouts that actually work.
